It was August 10, 2008 and I was in tears worried about my weight and my health. I knew I needed help so I went on-line to get information about Fitness Together. There was a space that said “Click Here” if you want us to contact you. I did so quickly! The next day Frank Rosalie, the owner, called me and I went in for a consultation. As we talked I became more and more impressed with the program. On August 12, 2008 I began my fitness journey. Fitness Together provides the accountability I need to accomplish my fitness goals by using an accountability journal, varied workout programs and lots of support and encouragement. I still have a long journey ahead of me, but I am stronger, more mobile, and healthier than I’ve been in a long time. I have been blessed with a wonderful trainer, Frank, who uses his expertise to challenge and encourage me.
So, if you’re looking for a fitness program that provides accountability, one-on-one training in private rooms, knowledgeable trainers that design a program to meet your needs, give Fitness Together a call. I’m really glad I did and so will you!!
