I have done both personal training and the fitness boot camp at Jim White Fitness. They are AMAZING. Educated, passionate, and motivating. In one month of the boot camp classes, I have lost 1 inch in my waist and 4lbs. I am now enjoying my second month of boot camp and am feeling stronger each and every day. I make it a point to exercise at least 6 days a week and I owe most of my motivation to the energetic trainers who are extremely helpful and encouraging. Jim White Fitness is THE WAY TO GO!

After 2 months of Jim White Fitness Boot Camp, I can say I have honestly seen results! I had been exercising, but had hit a plateau. The nutrition workshop really helped me take my workouts to the next level by detailing pre workout nutrition and demonstrating correct portion sizes. I even learned about some foods that appeared to be healthy, but were sabotaging my weight loss. The trainers kept the weekly workouts fresh and increasingly challenging to keep motivation levels high. Highly recommend.

Love, love, love Jim White Fitness Boot Camp!! The instructors are well educated and dedicated in helping us reach our fitness goals. Every class is different, and the instructors carefully monitor our form and progress. Unlike other boot camps I have attended, nutrition is as important to the program as the workouts. I highly recommend this fantastic program for anyone looking to start a program or someone looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I love Jim White Fitness! The facilities are great, the staff knowledgeable and professional--what more could you ask for? I worked personally with Jim on my nutrition. He customized a diet to my personal eating habits--a diet I could stick with even during busy times at work and travel! I also worked with one of the Jim White Fitness trainers, Charlie. Charlie tailored our weekly workouts to include exercises that I found challenging, yet fun, and that would ultimately help me reach my personal fitness goals!

Jim White Fitness Studios are not only filled with the best staff both locations are well equipped and clean! I have been training there off and on now for over 2 years.What I love about JWFS is that not only is the owner Jim very involved with his business but also the community. What I look forward to as well is the organized runs for the Rock and Roll Marathon each year and all the other runs you can join the JWFS team for (Shamrock and various 5k-10k). In between babies I have seen results and will continue to go there for my nutrition counseling and my physical well being!!!!
