I've been with them for over a year now. This was my first CrossFit box I've ever been to and I have absolutely no reason to look for another. Great coaches, great programming and most of all the great athletes. If you're looking to get into shape with a bunch of great people this is the place to be.
CTO is more than a gym, it is a family. Great Coaches and such a supportive group of athletes from young to old, beginners to experienced. It just doesn't matter here what level you are, the entire gym is there to push you and support you. All the coaches are amazing!!!
Awesome athletes, superb coaches, great atmosphere. Hands down the best Crossfit Gym in the WORLD!
