I love the new gym! I have taken a couple classes that were very good. I am also glad to have the great pool, and the sauna! The staff is friendly, the women's locker room was clean, with a person on duty. In response to the person who said there was no Sanitizer by the machines. Good! That stuff was way over used in my last club, and it's not healthy to inhale it all the time. Use your own hand sanitizer ! think not having it cuts down on the cost of the membership too. The club does furnish it however, from wall dispensers.

OMG I called to ask a couple of questions, with the intent to join today. After the sales guy told me that he want's to help me, about 20 times & asked what is my schedule for this week, about 10 times, I ran out of time and had to get back to work. He said I had to go into the location to meet with him because he didn't want to confuse me! Then he calls me back at work from the caller ID. It was like talking to a used car salesman, way too aggressive and no answers!! He could have gotten my cc number & signed my family up, in half the time, if he had just given me a straight answer. Block your number if you call, and join online if you have a busy schedule. If the product or service is good, there should be no need for super aggressive sales tactics.

Update, 2/9/15 removing 2 stars for poor management and the gym locker room is even more dirty since they opened. Mold in the showers, on the shower curtains, and every locker cubby base is packed with 2x more funk (food, hair, mud, socks, underwear, gross!). Asked the manager Jason to look into it, he was too busy on IM to care. He eventually said it was cleaned everyday, I said no it wasn't and he argued with me. Attention corporate, this guy needs to learn how to listen to customers and not argue with the customer. Not the clean up team's fault, the management has poor personal skills. Orig post when this gym opened: Changing rooms needs some attention. Lockers a bit nasty; potato chips and various hair samples were the norm throughout 4 different bins. Also no cleaning supplies by the workout equipment. I would gladly wash off my dew from the new equipment when I'm done, or maybe not. Not sure what the policy is. Share some love and sweat with your neighbors. At least they're finally open!
