Anthony is a fantastic trainer and this is coming from a gal. Crossfit Issaquah Highlands is a great place to challenge yourself and see incredible gains in strengh and fitness. I've had the best workouts with Anthony. He customizes the workout for each person and pushes me to do more than I thought I could do. If you want to get fit fast (likely in half the time) you must give Anthony a call.

It works! Of course Coach Anthony is awesome and easy to work with but its his heart that is in it that makes the difference. I enjoy showing up to the WOD, workout of the day, not knowing what its going to be. Saying to myself there is no way I can do that, then by the end of the WOD, saying to myself, "how did I just do that?" The wokouts are scalable and ALL levels should feel welcome to come and check out Crossfit Highlands in Issaquah. I say this from experience, of course. Hope to see you at the gym.

Crossfit Highlands is one of the best things that happened to me in life. I am in the best shape of my adult life at 33. I have lost about 15 pounds going from 185# to 170 in about 4 months, with crossfit style workouts twice a week. I got good muscle definition and improved my cardio endurance. Coach Anthony is very friendly and works with you to meet your fitness goals. If you are looking for yoga, pilates or crossfit style workouts, give Anthony a try. You will be glad you did :)

I highly recommend Anthony as a trainer and Crossfit Issaquah Highlands for the simple fact of that it works. I have dramatically improved my fitness levels in all areas of strength, stamina and cardiovascular endurance. Anthony gives his clients some of the best workouts they will ever experience by applying his years of experience. I am doing things fitness wise at age 44 that are surpassing many of my 30 something friends, who are still doing their old convention time consuming workouts... and I'm training in less time!!! If you are doing the same old thing but not gaining ground it's time to give Anthony a shout. The only thing you have to lose is your gut.
