Changed towel service making pool use difficult (get out of pool without towel good luck) + "due too heavy equipment usage" suspended towel service Jan 8 (laundry mat anyone?) + showers leak water
completely unfortunate. I purchased my son a membership a little over a year ago. He is now away at college and I continue to pay the membership. Rather than pay and not utilize the services I asked if I could transfer the membership into my name.....nope, not an option. I would gather that business is business whether it is in my son's name or my name. My option is to cancel. I suppose I will do so and take my money to a competitor.

This place is fantastic! I switched from Columbia Fitness because their hours were too limited for me. The membership at 24 Hour is cheaper, especially through Costco and you get so much more for your money. Their cost for trainers is very reasonable and they're top notch! I've had trainers before and these guys are great! They don't just stand there and count. They are completely engaged in your workout, making sure your form is correct and activities meet your needs, so no injuries. It's a huge club and very clean. I'm very happy with my experience there.
