For the price, I think this gym is good. It is easy to get in and out and I usually have no issues getting on equipment. The only real issue I have is the locker rooms. They are terrible!! They smell of mildew and possibly mold. The base cabinets for the sink are laminate and are coming apart. There are three showers and it seems that at least one is always down. Conclusion: If you are going to this gym for cardio and weightlifting at a low-price...this is the gym for you. If you shower at the gym and are looking for more options like courts, hot tub, steam room...you need to spend more money and go to another gym.

Good place to go to keep the body in shape. I like the morning and evening crowd. Folks looking good in there thanks to hard work

Good place to start out at if you don't feel like paying too much. I've been going here for 3 or 4 months so far, and don't really have many complaints. Don't expect Rec Plex when you're paying 1/5th of the cost. Friendly staff, friendly people inside in general. Sometimes can get a little bit crowded and there won't be much room on the benches, but I usually remedy that by doing other machines. Overall, pretty good place.

I attended gym for about 4 months, place is ok. but when i called to cancel they told me i have to write a letter and send it. I sent the letter and they still keep sending me bills stating that i never cancel subscriptions. i live in a different town now. i called again and they would not do anything about it. they are telling me i still have to pay them $70 for months i never even went there, because i never sent a letter. I am not giving them a penny.
