YOGArithm Studios is GREAT. I had never taken a formal yoga class before I came here but was glad to see the first class is free to see if it is for you. Your first month you can have unlimited yoga for only $25! After that it is only $50 a month which is just great for people on a budget that still would like to enjoy yoga on top of their gym membership or even just exclusive of it without paying $100 or more a month. Onto Melissa, the owner and primary instructor. Melissa is so sweet, and an excellent teacher. I like occasional correction if I am blatantly doing something wrong, but she is not one to invade your space and fix you. Her voice is calming and she always mixes up classes. I do yoga to calm but mostly to get a great workout, and her power core and vinyasa flow classes will make you sweat. LOVE IT. Something that is also important to me is not feeling like the studio is competitive. This is a totally non-competitive and positive environment. You are encouraged to push yourself, not hold poses longer or better than others. This studio is so very affordable, but even if I wanted to splurge more and had the extra cash, I would most definitely stay here. She runs a great studio and works very hard. :) TRY IT!
