Extreme Crossfit has all the essential equipment needed to get a great workout: rowing machines, ropes, Olympic weights, rings, and much more. I have learned a great deal about using proper form when participating in the classes. The trainers are focused on keeping the participants injury free, and helping all of them improve their skill/strength/cardio during each session. There is plenty of friendly competition, and multiple class times to choose from. Extreme has also found a way to offer high quality classes at an affordable price.
