Well at first glance you'd think their are a thousand people inside working out but relax its just students going to class but be prepared for a healthy walk from your parking spot to the front door (but hey its a good warm up right?!) The staff walks around cleaning equipment!!! Amazing! If only other gyms could pull this off. They have some rules your not gonna be used too just saying, but they make perfect sense, just read your regulations guide your given when you go in to inquire about the membership. I love the indoor running track and heated indoor swimming pool that you can basically use whenever (ask about the hours its vary good) in addition to the cafe (which all gyms should have) and lounge with couches and t.v.'s to relax afterwords. Plus a full basketball court and seperate enclosed racquetball courts all indoors all aerobics classes etc.. are included in the price (which is NOT CHEAP) but you get what you pay for it makes sense once youve been there a few times. I was told it gets busy after 2pm until about 10pm when they close. I was told by an employee in 2012 that when schools in session it gets so crowded that its unbearable Ive yet to see that. Negatives are one lat pull machine for just a standard lat pull the other one has 2 connectors for hand grips (its not the same) so might have to wait or find a variation no big deal. Bottom line is if you can afford it...this is the best gym that you can go to anywhere within 50 miles of here. I look forward to my time there. Only reason im not giving it 5 stars is because there aren't enough shelves for your bags, bottles, notebooks etc.. it wouldn't be hard to stack about 5 more stacks on top of the one row as a result you have people laying bags everywhere on top of other peoples bags as you would expect its annoying, But spring for the extra dough and get a locker and your golden jmho. and maybe im being a bit picky but I thought the temperature was turned up a little much but whatever. For you old school heads that remember martinsburg health and fitness this is as close as it gets only about 450 dollars more a year lol. Idc if it costs a thousand a year Im goin :)
