What a ripped off...!!! Bad management, they use Groupon to lure people there, then told customers they will not honor the groupon and wanted customers to pay them $4.50 drop in fees on top of the fees paid to Groupon. Smash in Richmond only charges $3.50 drop in. No wonder they are empty...
