This is the best yoga studio in Little Rock. I have been a student here for several years. Excellent and well trained instructors, great vibe to the the place, daily classes, caring and professional teachers and a wonderful leader in the owner/lead instructor, Breezy. Truly a home for ALL levels. Advanced students will be challenged and beginners will feel comfortable as well. Come join us!
I love every practice I have had at Barefoot Studio. The instructors make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. Breezy is so sweet & she always makes sure everyone stays within their comfort level.
This is a GREAT place to practice yoga, whether you are a beginner or advanced level student. Breezy, the owner, is one of the most caring, honest and compassionate instructors that I have ever experienced in my 10+ years of practice. You will be challenged, while learning to keep yourself safe, first! Proud to call Barefoot my second home!
Don't waste your time with this one, seems instructors have something besides the practice on their minds.
