Nikki O is amazing!
I went here for their first week FREE and its real! No long obnoxious paperwork or fees! They have a great assortment of yoga apparel, accessories, and other gear! The music that was played in the class I went to was up beat and modern which gave me extra energy through my poses!
I have been to sooo many yoga places and by far this one "takes the cake"!
Also, I love that it is located right next to Native Foods!
Great workout everytime. Wonderful instructors. Only wish there was a Mission Viejo location.
Fantastic! The instructors are knowledgeable and work to make your practice better. I enjoy each session more than the last and always feel at peace when I walk out the door....drenched in sweat!
I love the studio and the friendly staff. But please get someone there to clean up the studio after each class, practicing yoga on another yogi's sweat is not fun.
Dropped in for a Sunday 5:15 class-too crowded-50 people . What absolutely ruined the class was when the instructor started ranting during the last few about how ANGRY she was that some people left early- she ruined the class.
