My family has been a member for almost a year. This place is 1st class from the pool, to the kids club to the class schedule. Love everything about it!

I was originally happy with the gym and everything about it, however that all changed in a split second. I'll try to not make this too long. I signed up for myself, my wife, and my son. Altogether our monthly dues would come out to be $294.00. We were all given a 2 week trial and I was informed that we could cancel anytime within those 14 days for a full refund of our deposit. I canceled my portion of the membership, and at the 14 day mark, I attempted to cancel my son however I was out of state at that time. I called the the gym and informed them that I was traveling but would still like to cancel my son's membership in order not to be charged that $90 portion of the entire amount. The salesman, Shawn Snow, informed me that since I was returning the next day, he would "take care of it." To my dismay, when I came in the very next day in order to proceed with the cancelation, he informed me that there is nothing he can do. This is besides the fact that they charge you $15 to cancel a portion of the membership. Given it is on the paperwork that is signed but that it is one out of 100's of different types of fees that they can charge you whether it be for membership or things that you would like to take part it inside the gym. Stay away from these guys. Crooks, to say the least.

Been a Life Time Fitness member since they opened a club up in my old city (Kansas city) back in 2011 and it has been an amazing experience. I recently relocated to Orange County, Ca and upon my entry into this club i encountered a woman who was very disrespectful and condescending when all i was asking was if my membership worked at this location or if i had to upgrade it. The women left me with another staff member apologized over and over again because he witnessed how i was being treated for a simple question. He went on to say that she was the Owner's daughter as if he couldn't step in to help out otherwise he would lose his job. Utter disappointment. Later that day i decided to cancel my membership with lifetime fitness. It was a membership i had even though i didn't use the facilities that often and it was free money for them many months in a row. but after that treatment from someone high in the company i will not continue to give free money to them. She needs to not be at a facility and just either work in a back office or go lay on a beach somewhere.. her personality is not good for customer interaction.

Just amazing all around! We love the gym, pool and the kids club! It's a win win for the family and our health! Great staff and super clean facility! State of the art!

Outstanding facility with great staff !!! I have always been an outdoor workout person who detested going to clubs to workout. This place has reformed me (but will be hard to go anywhere else), with clean, modern, classy facilities, attentive staff, convenient hours, great variety of classes, yoga, great pools (indoor and out), saunas, steam rooms, spas and even a cafe'!! It is nearly impossible NOT to be motivated to go there to do SOMETHING every day. Very family oriented with friendly members and has quickly become part of my daily routine. Coupling this with my daily walk on the beach!! HEAVEN!! I can feel my blood pressure coming down every time I go there.
