This place is awesome. The coaches are great. They take the time to teach you and never act too elite or like they're better than you. The other members are also awesome. Definitely take the time to make you feel welcomed. Everyone is encouraging and it doesnt matter if you have ever worked out before or are a complete gym rat. Everyone treats you like you're part of the family. I cant say enough about this place. I love coming here and plan on coming along time! LEFT COAST IS THE BEST COAST!
Best Crossfit gym in the oc hands down
This is hands down the best crossfit gym in South Orange County. The gym facilities are fully equipped. The gym staff are professional, friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. They will go the extra mile to ensure you reach your fitness goals. The workouts are challenging and invigorating. The members of this gym are friendly and encouraging always, the community here is fantastic. There are all skill levels of crossfit represented here and no elitism. If you're serious about improving your fitness, this is where you need to be.
