Total Training is one of the best things I have ever done! I signed up for Total Training about two months ago. I initially signed up for a 1 month unlimited membership and, because I saw results fast, I signed up for a 6 month membership. I'm with Tammy until the end of the year! I lost almost 10 pounds so far and I'm confident I will keep losing. The classes are great and they are designed to fit anyone's schedule. I go to the 5:30 p.m. class in Irvine, but they offer several class times in several locations. The Irvine location offers 5:30, 6:30, 9, 5:30, and 6:30. You literally just have to show up to class and you'll leave feeling energized by a great workout! The workouts are awesome. It's different everyday and you work out different muscles. The trainers are motivating (Tammy is amazing) and there's no yelling which is what most people associate boot camp with. I would recommend Total Training to everybody. It's a great workout for both men and women for all fitness levels. It's not easy, but it's effective and motivating. I'm always excited to go to boot camp after work. Not only am I getting a good workout, but I'm working out with a great group of people who are also motivated. Highly recommend! If you're hesitant about committing to a whole month, you can sign up for a $10 1-week trial. Either go to the website or drop in. I guarantee you will see results and so does Tammy!

I was a bigger girl all my life, and I tried to lose weight so many times on my own, without success. Before I started with Tammy my patience had almost come to an end, but I decided to give her bootcamp a try. I went about 4-5 times a week, I listened to her eating advice (she gives you a nutrition packet, and also talks to you about what foods you should avoid for maximum results). She also measured me before I started. I could NOT believe that I had lost 2 inches on my arms, and an inch on my stomach (the hardest part on your body to get rid of) after only the first month. I went from 176 lbs to 165 lbs in about 2 months. Unfortunately I had a lower back injury and couldn't attend for a couple months, but I came back to her and now I am down to 153 lbs, and feeling better than ever! Enough said, if you want satisfying fitness results in a great environment where the trainer doesn't scream at you and becomes your friend, this is the place to go.

This class is AWESOME!! My friend got me to go with her one (very early) morning, and now I refuse to miss! Although the word bootcamp has a connotation of in your face and miserable exercises, Tammy's class is a lot of fun and different every day. I've tried personal training and group classes at the gym, but nothing ever sticks. At Tammy's class, she is working out with you and not just barking orders like you would think. Tammy is always smiling and her classes are so upbeat and with a positive energy (even when we are sweating bullets), it's hard not to get addicted to working out with her! I've made some great friends from her classes and the consistent faces are a credit to Tammy and keeping classes fresh and fun - never boring. Tammy also offers nutritional information and support so that when we are not in class, we can still maintain the healthy lifestyle we work so hard at during the workouts. I am truly thankful to Tammy for her guidance and knowledge, and for making her class so much fun and giving me such a great healthy hobby!!

Boot camp as good as it gets! This is Total Training by Tammy. A friend of mine and I signed up 3 weeks ago as a way to get in shape and spend time together. It's awesome. It is not easy, but feels great when done.
