Staff is not very knowledgeable and the place is quite disgusting. I still go there but it's just a bunch of idiots running the asylum. Would be better if they knew what they were doing at all (and maybe cleaned up some of the crap)!! When my membership runs out in a few months I'm heading to a better place like fitness 4000!
Clean, helpful staff, diverse equipment, enough people there that you didn't feel like you were alone - but hardly a wait for the machine you want (if any).. Have used the gym at 5:30am-7:30am and 5:30pm - 7:30pm, mostly weekdays - also early morning on Saturdays - And I don't look like your typical gym-goer either!!

Decent gym too bad it's filled with Meriden mutants!
