I went to this gym with my friends black card (from New York City). the staff was friendly, professional. the place is in great shape and I have to say the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen for a gym. I will join this gym, so here are a few things I learned that I didn't know. 1. if you have a pre-paid membership you can not transfer that account to anything. 2. if you have an out of state drivers license they may ask you to sign up on line, instead of in the gym. enjoy.

I canceled my membership in person...next month comes around and what do I find on my statement? A nice little withdrawl from my debit card by Planet Fitness Gym. So I decide to cancel my debit card. This works for a month.....only to see them withdraw funds DIRECTLY from my bank account the next month. (Which by the way, is illegal because it's unauthorized.) But what person going to a $10 a month gym can afford to take a giant corporation to court? The majority of this company's revenue, btw, comes not from legitimate billing, but what they call "delinquent account fees". Now, since none of the employees are trustworthy, you have to actually PAY to send a certified letter saying you want to cancel, which they of course reject because they say you owe them money. Funny how they are willing to withdraw funds from an unauthorized bank account, but not in the full amount that you owe. They want to make sure you still owe them money so they can continue to charge and leave you unable to cancel. Like I said before, that is because THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY. Do not work for this company and do not support this company. If you do you are supporting grossly unethical business practices tantamount to theft.

Gym completely remodeled, I like the new look for the gym. Please we need a weight scale in the bathroom.
