There are so many reasons why I love Trinity Fitness. I have been going to Trinity for almost 3 years. Because of what I have learned from CC about exercising and eating healthy, I have lost over 25 pounds, dropped 4 dress sizes and have kept it off. CC and his staff are very knowledgeable and dedicated to helping people get healthy. CC is a great motivator and keeps you guessing on the workouts every time you go in the door! I highly recommend CC and staff. Glad to be a Rockstar at Trinity!
There are numerous of things I enjoy about Trinity Fitness. The most enjoyable for me are the different challenges. I am a person that likes a challenge and likes to be challenged, so the programs such as the 21-day diet and the 10 day Tummy Tone were amazing. I lost 10 pounds in 10 days with the Tummy Tone challenge and about 20 with the 21-day diet challenge (No Excuses)!!!! Along with the amazing challenges CC brews up, I like his dedication and motivation to his clients. His motivation during each work-out has an affect on every person that is in his presence. The more he pushes..the harder we work. Also, his dedication to his clients are unlimited. Whenever I have a question or problem about anything...he is there to answer and listen....now that is dedication!!! Trinity Fitness is the first training facility I have been to that provides a positive, motivating environment AND makes it possible for ANYONE of any size or fitness level to reach their goals. My first day at Bootcamp I could barely lift the 10 pound weights! After 5 months with CC I have dropped 3 dress sizes and have become toned! Four years ago I lost over 50 pounds and needed a trainer to help me tone my body after weight loss. CC did just that. The nutrition information is very helpful, it is like having your own personal food advisor. I highly recommend anyone looking to make changes in their fitness level, eating habits or just trying to lose weight and tone go to Trinity Fitness and start Bootcamp TODAY! It was the best decision I have made in order to re-motivate myself and challenge my body to do what it is capable of. THANK YOU CC! I finally feel good in my own skin!
Don't waste money on crazy diets, fads, pills, or self-help books... CC has the tools to get the job done. He is extremely encouraging and makes you want to work hard. I highly recommend joining!
