This place is great! I heard boot camp and thought "I'm not gonna live through this." However, I never feel too out of shape or not challenged enough. I love the staff and love working out here! Perfect mix of work and fun!
Great place to get results. I travel a lot for work and was working in the area for about a month. I work out a lot, so when I travel, I like to find a great place to continue my fitness program. Glenn at Kinetic is great. I was there just a month and the personal attention and the commitment he puts to helping everyone reach there goals is priceless. It's hard to find a place that cares this much. The next time I am in town for work, you will for sure find me at Kinetic Boot Camp! Thanks for the great month Glenn.
