Do not sign up for a membership. Very expensive and not many perks. You can get a much better deal for the same price that include basketball courts, racquetball, swimming pool, hot tub, etc at other places. There are much cheaper options for 24/7 gyms in the area. Planet fitness is $10 a month and offers more than a standard gym. There is no reasonable way to cancel your membership with anytime. Did I mention traffic is awful? Rush hour on Randell road will make your 10 minute commute 30+ minutes. There isn't much parking either, the military building next door leaves cars parked in the shared parking lot for days.
A nice little gym, not crowded, very clean, staff is involved, they offer members a variety of perks, my favorite being the boot camp class. New high quality (life fitness) equipment Very nice, clean, private changing areas with showers. The only downside for some people would be that there is no pool...
don't go, once they have u, u can't get out.
Nice facilities, newer machines and just a nice club all around. Traffic is the problem for this club.
