This gym is great. All the employees are very nice. I wish they were open longer on the weekends though. Nice personal trainers, but they are a little pricey. Overall, great gym!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!! When you have billing problems you do not even get to speak with a Ladies Workout Express represenative, you will be reffered to their billing represenative. Some of the previous posts are correct, they will take as much money from you as they can. I would suggest finding another gym that will let you cancel your membership when their services are no longer needed.
Ladies, do not go by what the sales rep tell you. They are there to sell. I asked if the after the 2 year contract ended I would still get billed or would it automatically stop the billing. I was told it would stop the billing......Find out 2 months after the contract ended that they still automatically withdrew money from my account. Asked for a refund, Denied.
This place will milk you for all they can. They are quick to set up the automatic payment and almost take your left arm to cancel your membership. Join if you want to be a member for life, otherwise find someplace else.
I heard it is great!
