While battling breast cancer this year, I have been looking for a constructive way to get back on my feet and in shape. This is a bit of a challenge, as I am still going through treatment. I also wanted to be at top fitness in case, God forbid, I would have a reoccurrence in the future. I was given a gift card for several sessions at Metamorphic Fitness, and it is a wonderful experience! The staff is very caring, they worked with me to develop a fitness plan that fit my needs and special circumstances, and they cheer me on as I move forward. I highly recommend Metamorphic Fitness for anyone interested in better health and well being.
Awesome place to work out with other women of all ages and abilities. Ideal for short and long term goal setting to trim, tone and strengthen your body. The knowledgeable staff will help you set and meet your goals and is a quite affordable and great value for the quality of service that they provide. Classes and workouts are unique to the Lafayette area and really challenge and optimize your abilities and strengths.
Love, Love working out at Metamorphic Fitness! I have been consistently going for about 9 weeks now and have seen some amazing results. It is a bit more expensive then traditional 'gyms' but the personal attention that you get makes it worth it! I currently go to Boot Camp along with Personal Training. The personal training sessions are an amazing workout and the trainers really know how to push you to your limits to get the best results! Plus, the people there are awesome!
Personal training without the gym membership or hidden fees. Amanda has helped me establish and strive to reach my goals with monthly accountability weigh-ins and nutrition guidelines and tips. Each workout session she pushes me to do better than the last, without being overbearing. It is never a predictable workout, with changing up the routine so it isn't the same workout every time. Definitely worth it.
