I know this place was run by some shady folks in the past, but my wife and I joined a few months back. we've been very pleased so far. great classes, great child care, staff seems pretty good too. yes the renovations have taken longer than they said (reason for the 4 starts and not 5) but at least they are renovating! I have good hopes for this gym.

I love the gym and the things they have and done to it. When I came in with the owners from Profitness and year ago I walked out in disgust because I couldnt believe they wanted so much for so little in appearance. The pools were disgusting and the basketball court had enormous holes in the walls. The carpet was also torn and worn every where you looked but I joined the club in Nov. and I tell you these people really care about their members and have completely turned this place around. New floors, new walls in the basketball court, and YES the pools are clean finally. I love coming in and enjoying myself. The staff is super friendly especially the ladies up front. Good towel service and the daycare is AWESOME with my kids. I couldnt ask for more out of a gym. I read some reviews and I have to say people it takes time for someone to come in and completely turn something around from top to bottom. I have great hopes for this club because this club found some true genuine owners this time not just out to get some $$$.

This company bought my membership from ProFitness, the previous owner. We paid $500+ upfront for that membership. When ProFitness closed, we thought we out the membership; we were a little upset, but was not happy with the facility and the equipment (always broke). Fast forward 8 months later, this company sends me to debt collection. There had been NO notice via email, mail or phone that I was a "member" (note the quotes). We go in to cancel our "membership" and was told by the manager "I am sorry, we can't cancel your membership because you are not a "member" (I am paraphrazing a bit). WHAT THE @*(#! Even if we pay the back fees, they won't cancel it. Go somewhere else. This company seems no better than all the other deceiptive gyms that have been at that location.

I really had some hope for this place, but the renovations (that started two months late) have come to a halt. They are supposed to be done by new years, but at this rate, that will be impossible. The weight machines are crammed in the hallway and near the locker rooms because the gym flooring is stripped. Surprisingly, most of the weight machines work. About 4 treadmills, maybe 4-5 ellipticals and a couple of bikes actually function. You'll get a cardio workout looking for a machine that doesn't squeak, stop suddenly, or fail to power on. I can't speak about the pool or courts because I don't use them. They are offering all sorts of promotions,but I strongly advise you NOT to give them your money. At least not until the renovations are complete. You will be disappointed otherwise.

We joined - based on a call we got saying we were eligible for the $8 a month membership. I know we didn't apply for it, but we are happy with the gym. We have been members for a few months and they have made a lot of improvements to the club. The club they bought out was falling apart. I am very happy with what I get for the money and I don't understand why all the negative comments. We had a few problems with kids in the pool without an adult and it was taken care of promptly.
