I started working out at CrossFit West Lafayette 5 weeks ago. I am over 40 and very out of shape and was quite nervous about whether I could do CrossFit. When I called Kristin assured me I could do it and I have discovered that I can! I scale workouts to my fitness level and have been surprised at how far I can push my body. All the coaches are super supportive, and working out with others is incredibly motivating. I now recommend CrossFit West Lafayette to all my friends who want to get a good workout in a supportive environment.
CrossFit West Lafayette has moved into a bigger location right across the parking lot from our roots at Universal Fitness. We have more trainers, more space, more classes, more equipment, and more fun....but it would be hard to love CrossFit more than we always did.
