I absolutely love this place!!! Everyone is so friendly staff and gym goers. No intimidation and small enough classes where its more personal. They are also very motivational. 1-10 ? I give it a 12. The staff lovvve to help people!! Sandy is the owner and super friendly. She's training people in the gym all the time and talks to everyone. I'm a new member but will be going here for years to come.

The staff is friendly. It is really clean. It is pretty small, which I like because there usually aren't a ton of people there.
