First I'd like to say the positive. They do have enough equipment, there was never a wait for a machine and for those complaining about the cleaning spray, Geeze, be glad they are cleaning, some people don't. What I am not thrilled about with this gym is the fact that for a "Non Judgment Zone" you make it very uncomfortable. The stretching area is laid out in front of the view of the tread mills, where people have nothing to do but watch you as you stretch, very awkward!!! What pisses me off completely is the billing. I fulfilled my "non contract, commitment" of well over a year. I was unable to go to the gym and yet still paid, as I was supposed to. I sent a letter in requesting that my membership be cancelled and they cancelled it, but not before charging me three days later for the bi yearly fee of $40. C'mon ... seriously guys??? Their excuse, well that goes out 7 days before the billing cycle so it was already set to be charged on the 2nd of June. I was planning on rejoining at a later date and you can believe me when I say over the $40 charge, this will not be happening. I'll join somewhere else! Good business sense would be to refund me the hard earned $40 and keep me as a future customer, rather than screw me out of $40 and never have my business again!!! Having been a business owner... I'd definitely want to take care of my customer and not be bad mouthed and lose them!!

I travel all year long and most locations have level 2,3, or sometimes 4 tanning beds...this one is still using the old low level one booths...this location is overdue for upgrades big time!

Pros: $10/Month No Contract, Clean & Friendly (locker room doesn't smell), A decent amount of equipment & weights. Cons: Sanitizing spray - People who barely lift any weight or break a sweat go overboard with washing machines. Especially bad when your busting your butt right next to them. Some people rest too long in between sets due to TVs being right in front of Butterfly & Chest machines. Locker room is a tad bit too small. The choice of music is horrendous - Make sure you charge your Mp3 player every night before you go or you'll regret it. Overall: I'm happy for the money - You really can't beat it!

I really like this gym, I'm surprised it got so many bad reviews! Everything is very clean, I usually go between 4:30 - 6:00 on weekdays, 3-4 times a week and NEVER have to wait for a treadmmill. There are probably 20 treadmills and 20 eliptical machines and very rarely are they all in use. Broken machines are usually fixed within a day or two and there's usually not that many that are broken. It is a bare-bones gym, the weight machines are sometimes busy, but not too bad, and yes, there are no personal TV's on the treadmills, no towel service for the showers, but come on, membership is $10/month with no contract! This is not a luxury gym and I wouldn't expect one for that price. It is a clean, friendly gym with all the bare bones necessary for someone on a budget to stay fit.

This Planet Fitness was such a disappointment compared to my last Planet Fitness club. The cardio equipment was limited and each machine didn't have its own TV. The free weight area was almost always crowded so you'd have to wait for a bench. Also...I don't recommend becoming a black card member as they charge you a $58 cancellation fee when you do need to cancel. (I've moved 25 miles away and there's not a club closer and they are charging me. Very annoying.)
