Great place. Love the atmosphere. My husband and I have taken yin yoga there. The instructor is great and makes lots of modifications for each person. I am pre-natal and my husband has a bad back so we appreciate these modifications. The owner is very friendly and runs great programs. I have heard so many great things about the baby and toddler classes so can't wait til my baby is born and can try them out!
