Pure Professionals!!!! The most knowledgable trainers I have ever experienced. I have been a member of Fitness First, Golds, Bally's and still with LA Fitness. I don't go anywhere else anymore. Crossfit Frederick is owned and operated by the coaches Amanda and Dave May. The other coaches are far above the standard I have come to expect. All of them scale to your ability and insist The owners and demand proper form in every exercise. Worth your time and your money. Go !
