My experience was the same as Chris F with the continued drafting from my account even after I canceled. Also, Trent at the front desk is very rude! Now that men have to enter in thru the ladies only side, it's extremely too much traffic. The gym is over priced for what is offered. I've truly found a state-of-the-art gym that is much CHEAPER than LaPlata Fitness and does not bound you in a contract!

Run away! This gym is a rip-off! They state gym as month-to-month, but have you sign contract stating you will give 30 days notice in writing to cancel! I gave my notice and kept being billed! Was told they never received it and that basically I was a liar about having dropped it off! You would think at that point they would go ahead and cancel my membership after the multiple phone calls made... Nope! They keep billing my checking account! I emailed them the copy of the letter I delivered and then it's "we don't accept emails". I explained I'm very busy trying to get back into my home as we had a house fire and it's difficult to find the time when I'm meeting with contractors, watching laborers, repurchasing furniture and raising my 1 year old son.... Nope! Still charging my account! Spoke with the manager who said he would print out the attachment and stop the billing and call me if there was a problem. No phone call. Still billing my account! I call him and he says that the accountant/owner should have called me. Nope! Still billing my account! I finally have an opportunity to go in and hand deliver, to the manager, the copy of what I turned in back in March.... Still being billed! Run away from this place. There are so many other gym's that are cheaper and better!

I love this gym so much..the staff is so friendly and not push. I feel so comfortable there. They totally do not push protien bars or shakes on you..that's crazy. They give great advise and are super encouraging! I love them!

Coed side well equipped with very friendly staff, not overcrowded like most gyms and you dont feel out of place with the rest of the patrons.
