The service of the staff was above average, most of the staff members are really nice and some others just dont understand good human interaction. The basketball courts are always full with people playing full court games, which was a big turn off for me. The aquatic center is really good, but the locker rooms are really debatable on "the definition of clean". The workout area is really nice, with a lot of choices, and is always kept clean. Definitely worth the money you pay for membership. It's not for those who just want to go and spend some time in the hot tub after work. It for those who are dedicated to get results and has all the amenities to give you that extra push. The staff here are great and in comparison to the other gyms I've belonged to, this one is by far the best even if I'm paying 3x as much. It is expensive, but with this gym, you get what you pay for.

They have everything anybody could want in a job. A pool, sauna, hot tub, rock climbing wall, basketball court, huge selection of machines and free weights, and the excellent cafe. By far the best choice if you plan on getting any gym membership. Is a little pricy, but its worth the extra money in my opinion.

Everything was going great, until I wanted to cancel and it is like hell broke loose you have to go there and you can not cancel over the phone. I got that taken care of thanks to Meijer's Post Office. My daughter wanted to sign up and Lifetime were charging the account and they would not let in. We went back to ask the Customer Serice person who waited on her, Lifetime said she was not there anymore. I kept calling to cancel they said you have to send a Certified Letter, what happens if I was out of the country, they would not cancel. I work 9 to 7 everyday and no Post Office is open. Lucky Meijers has a post office thats open til 11 pm. They kept charging my account, until I called my Credit Card company to stop the charges. No more Lifetime in this Lifetime.

was a nice place i have been going for a long time and every year it gets more and more nasty ! most of the people that work there are cool but one i can say that has a stick up his ass the black racist guy at nights , i have tried to kill him with kindness with how you doing to night and have a good night but when you leave lucky if you don't get yelled at by him , yet a black guy comes in or leaves right after me and he is nice as can be ! he is a lawsuit waiting to happen at any time that he works and you see him ... and another thing thats bull shit! i pay for a 24/7 gym yet after work at around 11pm i get to the gym work out for a bit and cant go in the hot tub shit from 2am -4 am is not cool if this keeps up i might as well find a new gym !! because why would i pay for something I'm not getting ??? and the funny part is someone could die in the steam room and would be in there for like 10 hrs before anyone cleaned it yet go on the "pool" deck and you get some bitch life guard talking shit to you and by bitch i mean the short girl with the brown hair !!! they seem to have forgot over the years who they work for and why we pay what we do to go ! because L.A fitness is right down the street and soon to be in canton too i sure hope that happens soon !!
