I had my lock cut off and a brand new pair of shoes taken from me. When i asked the lady at the desk she was very rude and inconsiderate. Over priced, crappy customer service, dirty.

I called in to ask some questions, and the person I talked to hung up on me, while I was talking. Customer service = 0 !

I have been going to many different Gyms over the last 15 years and this one is by far superior to the rest. Great clean environment, excellent place to get in shape.
