rude, unprofessional staff...no results from management. way too immature. judgement free zone? what a joke. inconsiderate and accommodating. shockingly disrespectful and insulting. I will take my money to a more professional, knowledgeable, customer oriented facility like Rex...right next door.
Great place AND good for ya!
I went here for a year. The staff is pretty helpful, except for some of the men. There are a few here who are super-creepy and overly flirtatious. Their lunk alarm is pretty stupid and annoying. I love lifting, it's the best way to work out your body, and let's face it, meatheads are the ones who are serious about going to the gym, not all the twigs running on treadmills drinking Starbucks and reading People magazine. You'll see a lot of the latter here.
Every one who works there is friendly and helpful. I always feel comfortable going. It's always clean too....just be prepared for a crowded room during busy times.
