Best gym I have ever been a member of. It was super clean, and the staff was always helpful and friendly!! Never had an issue being a member there! I was so sad when I had to move and leave the gym. Personal training sessions were awesome!! Angela helped me achieve a lifetime goal for me, and right before my wedding! I looked great! Thanks Anytime!
Zack helped me get set up for the day. He's a great guy and anytime fitness should be happy to have him. The facility was clean and well designed with a comfortable layout for any workout.
I have been a member of this gym for several years and find that the space is excellent for creative training. I am able to move through the gym and do floor exercises with plenty of room that other gyms do not provide. Also, I have been training with Angela Parpan for some years now. She seems to find ways to challenge me and can also work efficiently around an injury or sore muscles. Whenever I feel "out of sorts", I can know that a good workout with my trainer will have me feeling my best!
Great place to work out. I joined in October 2012 and signed up for personal training sessions. So far its really made a difference. The place is well organized, accessible and has all the amenities of a gym. The equipment is good quality and condition. I would recommend this place to anyone regardless of your fitness needs and goals.
I joined Anytime Fitness at Grace Park after visiting all the other fitness center in the West Cary area. I'm not really a gym-person, so meeting my requirements wasn't going to be easy, yet Anytime Fitness did just that. AF (Anytime Fitness) is very clean inside and out. The machines are all state of the art, well maintained and nicely spread out. There are free-weight, Kettle-Bells, balls, bosu, elastic straps, steps, dumbells and all sorts of contraptions to do body-weight training as well as your typical work-out resistance machines. Availability: Well, 24/7 is about as available as one gets. I'm lucky to be able to workout on off-peak times, but even at peak times the patrons are polite enough to no monopolize any one area or piece of equipment. No classes. You read that correctly, I wanted a place where *I* was working not hords of people being whipped into a frenzy by an instructor. Meaning, If you want to cycle at 4pm you're not competing with a spinning class for a seat. Wi-Fi. I have to have music and the available WiFi let's me stream music without worrying about my data limit on my cellphone. Not pushy. Just about every other health club I visited tried to up-sell me or get me into the longest contract they could. AF even let me have 7 day pass to try out the club when I would actually be available to use. Location: If it takes me longer to get to the facility than my work-out, I'm not interested. AF is located in the heart of West Cary/Morrisville/RTP area. Even at peak traffic I'm not more than 10 minutes away. Give them a try, I hope you'll be as happy as I am.
