I have been with the gym for a few months. Its a great place just to work out and once your done you leave. The gym is clean the people are all friendly. You have a choice of trainers and they run special price events for having your own trainer. Its a no frills gym but you get results the same as you would from a high end gym. The money you save here, can be used towards a trainer. Everyone should have a trainer for the first few times, to help you get comfortable with the equipment as well how to do it the correct way. Do a follow up with your trainer maybe a few weeks later. I give it a four star rating. Nothing but good can come out of this place. Not expensive and has a great mix of both clients and associates at the club.

Love My Gym. I have been a member here for about 3 1/2 years. I am more than please with the staff and workout equipment. The Manager and Front Desk staff are always welcoming with a smile and very personable. I have also purchased personal training in the past and saw great results.

I was a member for a year with a $12/month membership. A month before I was moving out of state, I checked in at what the cancellation policy was...I was told that there was no added fees or hidden gimmicks and that I would just need to let them know when I wished to cancel and it would be taken care of... I went to cancel in person and I was told I would need to come back to speak with a manager or I could write a letter sent certified mail. I was also informed that they needed 30 days in advance notice so I would be charged an additional day. They took down my name, I informed them that I was told there was no added fees etc and had checked a month prior. They took my information and told me a manager would call me. I received no phone call but checked yet another day with a girl who told me that that the manager would call me and I would be able to cancel over the phone. So i never received a phone call. I still have to pay the 30 days in advance, and they've made it incredibly difficult to cancel the account and have given me mixed messages every step of the way. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Cheap, but you get what you pay for, crowded with little free space and poor customer service.
