I am still new to PAI but have had an incredible experience with them. I did a drop in class and loved it so I began a monthly unlimited membership (which is given at a SUPER discounted price for the first month). The first week I was to start I came down with the flu and had to cancel any classes I signed up for. The people at PAI were incredibly understanding and lovely. They changed my membership start date just so I could take full advantage of their deal. I may not have much experience with them yet, but you can guess that I am definitely not going anywhere else!!
I have been going to PAI for a little over a year and a half. I have fallen in love with the practice of yoga simply because of this studio!!! The staff is approachable, and make you feel welcome every time (whether it is your first time, or your 100th time). PAI really is a judgement free zone! This studio is the ENTIRE package!!!!
The only problem with Pai is that it isn't two feet behind my back door so that I can walk over several times a day instead of once. :) I enjoy being a member, and am grateful for the unique approach to fitness that Pai crafts. Unlike a traditional yoga studio, Pai also offers some of the best trx and fitness classes around. But the yoga classes thankfully don't feel like "fitness or gym" yoga--they are as rooted in the discipline and structure of traditional yoga as any other yoga studio designed to use yoga to help in all parts of your life, not just your mat. Pai employs high quality, excellent instructors with a wide variety of strengths, so that you are able to find a type of yoga or trx class that works for you personally based on the strengths of the instructor. I am a yogi that runs, so I love both the fabulous and perfectly challenging trx classes provided by Kristen to make me a better runner and athlete, and I adore Chan and Michael's excellent yoga classes too, where I can continue my lifelong pursuit of staying on my mat every darn week. I absolutely love PAI! They have a great selection of classes and times and every teacher I have been to is amazing! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an alternative to a "big gym" chain where you are treated like a number instead of a person. PAI appreciates it members and it really shows!
A Yoga Studio with Heart A variety of classes are offered 7 days a week so you are sure to find something that fits your schedule. I joined for the Yoga, but there are also great TRX and spinning classes. This makes a monthly pass a great value. Not only are the yoga teachers top notch from a knowledge and experience perspective, but they genuinely care about your yoga journey and about creating a yoga community. This studio will nourish your body and your soul.
