Have found a really good place here, people are so friendly and the pool is nice. I thought I would not like a gym but the atmosphere is more of a resort or upscale hotel. I would recomend.

They said they would call if I did not show up for two weeks to keep me motivated. They never did. They did not send the letter when my year was close to up. They charged me for a month after my year contract was up. When I called to cancel they informed me that I had to go in to sign that I was cancelling.

awful poor place, foul business practices. contract membership, zap the money out of your checking account then don't provide the services you pay for. The pool is just a small backyard type pool. The whirlpool is ok, but many times both are shut down for repair or maintenance. They even come in and say everybody out of the water, we have to shut it down, but they still want the money from you paid in full !!!! The old man that runs that place is a worm !

I should have really looked around this place with a more critical eye. It smells moldy in the aerobics and locker area. The showers don't drain and there are no dividers between the showers and they take forever to get hot even in the summer. There is no hot water in the front bathrooms. They don't provide towels or even paper towels in the work out area. The personnel is not very eager to help you learn how to use the machines. They aren't very attentive. When I had my weigh and measure in, I had to hunt the girl down. She had the audacity to say "Whoa" when I stepped on the scale. None of the ladies that works here seems very happy with their jobs. And if you must sign a contract with them, have them do the math. They have me on contract paying a fee for a month in addition to the term of my contract.

I just watch TV 9 News, and this fitness center basically sent an over weight person packing because they were too over weight. I can hardly believe this. Who sold her the membership? It is quite obvious that she was very over weight when she was signing the contract. They had no comment on the TV 9 News.
