Had to move with short notice during the holidays so nobody was ever at the office when I went there to sign cancellation form. Four months now go by and they refuse to send me a form and charge me every month. Im in the welding industry so Sundays are the only days I have off. Its BS, go to another gym that will cooperate better with contracts.
Excellent gym. It's extremely convienent being close to my house, and has everything I use during my workouts. I give this place 5 stars...

DO NOT USE SHAPE FITNESS.. THEY HAVE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT AND ONCE YOUR CONTRACT IS UP THEY CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU DON'T GO A FILL OUT PAPER WORK TO COMPLETELY CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT! No employee mentioned this when I went in to tell them I would be moving...... scam!
