Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a tanning establishment. Employees couldn't get billing information correct which caused fees on my account I was stuck paying for, spoke with manager and manager kept talking over me, was told my card was declined after employees messed up information. Most embarrassing unprofessional experience of my life! Did not care about my business or money, will never go back!
