Love this place! I'm new to CrossFit, after losing interest in triathlons, but was concerned about the usual lack of emphasis on good form at most boxes. This place offers fantastic workouts in an inclusive, supportive environment w/ intelligent instruction. I am seriously out of shape, and they refuse to let me hurt myself! Tough on the ego, but getting stronger every day.
Came to Austin for work and had the opportunity to join the team as a drop-in. Very awesome place with awesome people. I'll be coming back, if possible!
No matter what condition you're in, you are treated like family when you arrive here. Coach Athan takes great care of all his athletes. Great community to work out with and a great box to join!
This is a great box, very positive environment with a whole range of athletes at different levels. though folks should know they've moved to airport and 7th.
