Clean, friendly, everything you would want from a YMCA. There's a great pool for kids of all ages and a large pool for laps. I've never taken advantage of the workout classes but there's a pretty wide variety of options. There's a small unaffiliated golf course outside, as well as a link to a network of biking trails.
Love It! It's very family oriented and the instructors helped me out a lot. It had been a while since I've worked out and the instructor was aware of that and was accepting however still pushed me to my limits and I loved it! The daycare assistants were great with the kids. My oldest enjoyed her improv class, as well!
This is a wonderful place that helps kids and all of the community out.
Unlike the Town Lake Branch, East Communities never seems to be very crowded, and you can generally get a whole lane to yourself in the outdoor pool. If this place had a steam room and sauna, I'd give it a perfect rating. Come here if you're looking to escape the crowds!
