Ludo CrossFit
Reviews
I consider myself a pretty athletic person. Growing up playing sports, running, biking, swimming, working out at a gym... Always eager to expand my "workout portfolio", I finally gave CrossFit it a shot after meeting Conner Moore (the owner of Ludo) and being offered a free class. 4 months later, I am HOOKED! I've never felt more challenged in a workout and constantly find myself setting goals and pushing myself further. My physique has already seen positive changes (ahem- Ass and Traps!!). I'll admit, at times I find myself getting frustrated with new moves and wondering "Why can't I master this already!?". But that's the best part, no matter how long you do this exercise, there are always more ways to improve your skill. What you will NOT find at Ludo are coaches who will break you down, yell at you, or push you too far by having you do more than your body can handle. The classes are small enough to get the attention from your coach you need to ensure you have the correct form and reach your goals. The team is dedicated to each individual's performance. Whatever your goals are, I know most people respond to positive encouragement when it comes to competition and helping your body and willpower become stronger. Conner and his coaches do just that. The Ludo community is a family who will embrace you and build you up (not to mention a little healthy competition causes you to work harder!) Yes- I'm drinking the Kool-Aid, and I think you will if you try it, too.
