I can't speak about all 24 hour fitness clubs. But this one is f**kling badly managed. The swimming pool is like a spit pit. Usually some punk receptionists turn cold/blind to customers and just mind their things. And I dont know why they get paid. most showers don't work. I am not going back again.
It is often said the gym is like church - if that is the case this 24hr is sacrilege. It's dirty and disgusting. No one has any gym etiquette and if there was staff in the building I only identified one. He was busy hiding any where but on the floor, in the office, or at any of the service desks. Amateurs run wild and the place is a dirty circus. I had to sweep a path through dirty paper towels and 5 lb weights to get to a free weight bench - most the free weights are missing or broken in pieces.
This place is so depressing, I been there a few timea and its like shit so outdated. I rather drive 5 more minutes to the one on veterans. The staff is no friendly at all. They dont even care if u check in. The pool smells gross and the steam room is dirty. The lockers are okay but the shower r dirty all the time. Its just not a good at all. I feel bad for the people who have to workout there
-half of the cardio equipment works -the sauna room needs renovation -the showers (male)are in horrible nasty condition. -toilets are always clogged. the management seems not to care about these issues as the conditions have not changed for years.
The facility is okay. I guess it used to be a super sport because you can see areas that are no longer in use. Also, there are always flies in the ladies bathroom. Kinda yucky.
