I've been a member for 3 yrs...love this gym...no hassle, no lug heads, no pressure...Staff is wonderful and helpful and the trainers if you chose to use them are knowledgeable and friendly. Brandon, Amanda, Steve and Tony are the main stays and are a big part of why me this place is great
Awesome gym! I love how clean this place is, it's never overcrowded and the staff is super helpful. A lot of gyms are just in your face, almost trying to force you to buy things. They have everything you could need, free weights, machine weights, tanning and aerobic center with intense training! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone!
Sorry... just get tough... sounds to me that you just can't get off your lazy butt, and now just want to push the blame. Im a pro basketball player and you've said too much not to notice its an excuse ... I love this place, good luck on your own trying to get motivated.
