I thought this was a nice place to work out at. If you work in town I caution you to view the hours carefully before signing up. They are closed on Sunday and have limited hours on Saturday. They cost as much as a regular gym. For those who work in town standard working hours meaning you leave home around 7 am, and get home 6-6:30 these hours are too restrictive. Nice people, very supportive, for me their hourly schedule meant I was paying for something I couldn't often attend due to my work schedule.
