Reviews
I have attended Crossfit classes and have received personal training from Luke at this location. I have been beyond pleased with both experiences. The CrossFit trainers are professional and attentive to the needs of the individual and the class. Luke is very bright and knows his lifting and kettle bell forms. As someone who is nudging up against the upper end of the middle age demographic I have found Luke's sensitivity to exercise form very heartening.
The facility is clean - specifically, the restrooms are clean and the workout area is consistently well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. This is very important to me as the location in which I exercise is not filled with a lot of distractions.
Absent are any criticisms. Not even any constructive criticism. Keep it up Luke!
