Lyceum has changed the way I look at working out. Before Lyceum it was all about the scale! Since joining Lyceum over 2 years ago I have become so much stronger than I have ever been. I feel better and look better. Lyceum is motivated to teach every member proper technique and ensuring that everything is done properly. They take time with individuals to coach and ensure that you are trained correctly. I love going to Lyceum every morning- the other gym members have become like a second family. I would definitely recommend Lyceum to anyone looking for a better gym experience!
I love Lyceum! I've been coming since it opened. You get what you pay for no question. Its like having a group personal trainer with planned workouts each day. The workout environment is very fun and friendly. The trainers know what they are doing and take time to teach proper technique. Its great for all levels. Each workout can cater from beginning to advanced.
Lyceum Human Performance’s focus on proper movement and functional strength is why I am a member of the gym. It’s not about how fast or how much you can lift…but what is the best for your body to maximize your results. Rob Morris’s knowledge and experience of high level training has been a huge benefit to me. I see continually strength and growth from the ever changing workouts. I have been to a lot of gyms but none have compared to what I get at the “Garage”. Great atmosphere, fantastic people, and amazing trainers! A Must for everyone! #KettlebellsRock
I have been coming to Lyceum for a little over 2 years and absolutely love the community they have created. Lyceum incorporates a great variety of TRX, kettlebell, and body weight movements to give you a well rounded and challenging workout every time. The trainers are all very knowledgeable, well trained, and genuinely care about you and your goals. They take the time to teach proper technique and push you to challenge yourself. I have seen huge improvements in my overall fitness level and strength since starting and couldn't imagine going back to a "normal" gym. No matter what your current fitness level, give Lyceum a try - I promise you won't be disappointed!
I've been coming to Lyceum since October 2014 and I love it! I was a beginner when it came to structured workouts and the trainers helped me modify what I needed to and learn the workouts properly. It is a great atmosphere for any level, whether you are just starting out or already an advanced athlete, everyone trains together! I feel stronger and leaner, and definitely more fit! With a lot of hard work Lyceum has helped me reach goals I never thought I would be able to do. I love the different workouts each day, they always kick my butt! Training together is a big motivator and I love everyone that comes each day, so the social aspect is a plus for me. Nothing compares to Lyceum and the total body workout! So happy I found Lyceum, my life is so much better now that I'm happy with my body, I feel more energy, and I feel so much stronger!
