I have been going for almost 3 months now. I really appreciate the atmosphere set by the trainers/owners. They started us off slow and taught us great form. The members range from crossfit veterans to us brand new people. Zero pressure to try to do more then you can or should. It's been a blast my wife and I are hooked for life! in 3 months I've lost 2 inches on my waist and about 10lbs and set and broke several PR's!!!

Crossfit Lindon is a great place to increase your fitness in a supportive, friendly environment. No matter what your current abilities are, they can tailor a workout that's just right for you. The encouragement is awesome. Regardless of whether you're strong enough to dead-lift 500 lbs, or just struggling to accomplish your first sit-up, you're going to have the entire gym cheering you on. Come once, and you'll be hooked.
