I would highly recommend fit body boot camp, Connie and Colin are great, it really made working out fun, everyday is different, and it was far from the boring fitness routine. If you are looking for a new fitness challenge that will make you feel stronger and more active it is a great choice. In addition I have a lot of lower back issues and was not sure if I would be able to handle the workouts, but the floor in the gym is padded and it made working very doable.

The hardest part of working out at 6:30AM for me is getting up! But it’s always worth it when 7:30 rolls around. Since I've started working out with Connie I have lost 9.9% of BODY FAT and a total of 19 INCHES, I was trilled to learn this information today! When I started boot camp I was healing from a sprained ankle, they modified my workout to meet my ability. I’ve never experienced this level of commitment or compassion from any gym or other work-out class I’ve attended in the past. The classes are unique, challenging and fun. Not only are Connie and Colin encouraging and supportive, everyone is! Connie has stayed on me about my eating habits as well; teaching me about nutrition and helping me kick some of my bad habits. I'm getting married in September and I needed to find something that was going to kick my butt into shape for the Big Day. I started only 4 weeks ago and I've been losing inches every week. It's fun, intense (but can be tailored to your fitness level) and the trainers are very supportive. You'll not only get the best workout of your life, you'll also get diet advice to conquer your goals, not to mention constant personal support from your trainers and support from the rest of the group. Although it's a group setting, it's not an intimidating atmosphere at all. You'll never feel like the kid in the back of the class - you get personal attention by the trainers during the entire class.

The best place to workout! Kent Fit Body Bootcamp is wonderful! I have lost lots of weight and tons of inches. The instruction and workouts are challenging, fun and always different. Everyone is incredibly encouraging and it is always positive environment. There is wonderful nutritional coaching and always personal attention to help you achieve your goals. I am so happy I found this place and I think I will be here forever becuase I feel so much better and it is exciting to see my body get healthier and more fit.

I've lost 19.5 pounds in 4 weeks. I quit smoking on 1/1/11 and joined Fit Body Boot-Camp Kent on 1/17/2011 to get healthy, lose weight and get into much better shape. Yes, the typical NewYears Resolutions, the one I've never been able to keep. But with Connie's, Colin's and the rest of the groups encouragement, this year I have succeeded in keeping my new years resolutions. The workouts are great fun and encouraging and I have lost 19.5 pounds in my first 4 week by making the workout every morning and eating right. Looks like I will blow my 35 pounds in 90 days goal out of the water.
