This gym is amazing. The facility is great. The coaches are courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They make sure everyone gets the attention they deserve in every workout and movement. Even the part time trainers have extensive knowledge in the field. They all also have the credentials to prove it. Coming from an exercise science background myself, I really appreciate this organization's mission and execution. The coaches stay up to date with the actual science, rather than latest fads or sales pitch. They are more than just your weekend warrior/ fitness enthusiasts. The Phase 5 coaches are professional well-educated critical thinkers. This box is a whole step above most CrossFits I have been to. I was pleasantly surprised at the standard of excellence they require from the coaches. ON TOP OF THAT! The atmosphere is extremely welcoming, friendly, motivating, and challenging (both coaches and other clients). I really love what they are doing here. Keep up the good work!

As a former collegiate softball player, I yearn for competition. I had searched desperately to fill the void and finally found what I needed, Phase Five Training. Phase Five Fitness is my softball. The gym is my home field, the trainers are my coaches, and my fellow crossfitters are my teammates, opponents, and fans. The person I find myself competing with, is the same person I find myself cheering on. Regardless if you are competitive like me, when all is said and done Phase Five Fitness is not about who had the best time or lifted the most weight, it is about self achievement, did you do the best that YOU could do? The competition is just there as a way to reach YOUR optimum level. In my experience, the guidance and support from Eric, including the other trainers and athletes, changed my entire outlook on what it means to be “in shape” and to be “healthy.” My new profound knowledge has transpired to all aspects in my life and I’m thankful everyday to have found something that I know is making me a stronger person inside and out.
